Autumn Mornings and Warm teas go hand in hand! Black tea has high Caffeine levels, so they suit my routine when I have to get a lot done for the day, and yesterday was one such busy day, so I had a cup of my all time favourite 'Lady Grey' from The Tea Wings and I enjoyed every sip of it.
Lady Grey
This Black tea blend from The Tea Wings is a variation of Earl Grey with added sweetness of Citrus. I love this tea way too much, I had 2 cups of it in the morning and another in the evening. If you have a busy day then this is the tea for you!
Ingredients: Black Tea Leaves, Bergamot oil, Orange Peels, Cornflowers.
Brew Temperature: 90°C.
Caffeine Content: High.
Taste notes: Tarty notes of black teas with hints of sweetness added by orange peels.
